Schools
A balanced diet starts with our environments, food education and choices. Peer group learning is incredibly impactful. The sense of belonging in our younger years is critical to self-esteem and development. Labelling food as 'good' or 'bad' is not the answer.
My purpose is to educate and empower students to value delayed gratification, take personal responsibility for their health and mental well-being, and build the foundation that supports their goals and dreams.
Corporate Offices
Mental health, physical longevity, and cognitive stamina don't happen by accident. If you're hosting breakfasts, catering lunches, or stocking the office kitchen — what are you actually fuelling your people with?
This talk is about creating awareness and practical shifts, not policing plates. Small, meaningful changes in what people reach for during the workday make a measurable difference in energy, focus, and how your team feels at 3pm.
Sports Teams
Athletes are told they're burning it all off — that they're young, resilient, and can eat anything. That narrative is costing them performance, recovery, and long-term health.
From the snacks on the bench to the meals at travelling tournaments, food choices matter at every level. When high-profile athletes are the face of ultra-processed food brands, we have to work harder to cut through the noise. This talk does exactly that.
