ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Felicia Burke
I'm glad you're here
I'm a certified Nutrition and Holistic Health Coach. I work with families and companies to support behavioral shifts that create lasting improvements in health, going beyond the food on their plates.
What drew me to this work is something I think a lot of us feel but don't always say out loud: that food has become complicated in a way it never needed to be. And that the way we live — the stress, the pace, the environments we move through every day — shapes what we reach for far more than willpower ever could.
I don't believe health is built through restriction or perfection. I believe it's built through the small, everyday choices that become the foundation of a life.
WHY I DO THIS WORK
Food became a
dopamine button.
And cooking became optional.
Somewhere along the way, nourishment got quietly replaced by stimulation. Kids are growing up without cooking that used to be passed down naturally. Adults are doing their best with information that's often conflicting, overwhelming, or just not designed for real life.
This isn't about blame — it's about a gap in education, environment, and the habits that compound over time. That gap is what I work in. With families, I help build the literacy and rhythms that make healthy choices feel natural. With companies, I look at the environments and cultures that quietly steer everyone's decisions, because what happens at work doesn't stay at work.

WHY THE WORKPLACE — AND THE CLASSROOM
The cafeteria and the
break room are the same problem.
50+
Hours a week at work — the sharpest, most alert hours of most people's days.

People worldwide will die from an inflammatory disease largely driven by diet and lifestyle.
1 in 3
Kids will face diabetes in their lifetime. The majority type 2, which is reversible.
The food available at the office. The culture around stress. The way groups move together toward energizing or depleting choices. These things compound quietly over years and don't stay at the office. They follow people home.
And it starts earlier than we think. The same dynamics that shape adult behaviour at work — peer influence, environment, routine — are already at work in schools. The kid who never learned to cook becomes the adult who never questions what's in the break room. That's why I bring this work into classrooms and organizations alike. Different rooms, same root.
Having worked in a fast-paced, high-pressure industry, I've seen firsthand how much the environment shapes the person. That experience is part of why I care so deeply about this work and what I bring to every corporate engagement.
Health isn't a plate. It's a whole life.
I work with people who are ready to look at the whole life. Not just what's on their plate, but what's driving them toward or away from feeling well. If you see yourself in any of this, reach out.
